Description:
The TC1 Temperature Control series is a precision temperature control that operates the systems so that it controls the HVAC systems to maintain the rooms / building at precise temperatures. The TC1, also monitors the HVAC systems operation and efficiency levels, so that the systems are always operating at it's peak performance. Any key components that begin to fail or not perform properly are quickly identified with LED indicators or with displayed messages for the service to be performed. If the equipment begins operating at critical levels the systems are turned off.
Features:
Precise Temperature Control - accuracy of ± 1°F is always being maintained, as the differential, offset of set point, cycle rates, time delays can be adjusted so the systems performance levels re quired to maintain the desired setting. Smart sensing logic keeps the temperature at the selected set points without overlaping the heat /cool settings.
Auto/ Manual Heat/Cool - the control can be placed in the selected manual or can be placed in the auto change-over heat /cool mode.
Auto fan speed change-over - when the the control is place in the auto fan position it will automatically change fan speed from high to low speed or visa - versa. When cooling is operated in low speed the rooms humidity and temperature is being reduced to the desired comfort levels.
Adjustable Comfort Limits - temperature limits can be set to keep the temperature setting with in a selected range.
Temperature display - either the set point or room temperature can be displayed.
Adjustable SoftStop Limits - prevents the room from getting too hot or cool, thus keeping mildew and odors from developing.
Occupied/Un-occupied Mode - control can be placed automatically via remote sensing of motion detectors, timers, central check-in desk systems, door switches, etc.
Fresh Make-up Air - every hour the fresh air dampers are opened for selected amounts of time to supply the required CFM as outlined by ASHRAE standards.
Key Pad Lockout- by using a special code the keypad can be locked.
a) Supply or return temperatures of both heat & Cool are monitored , if temperaature does not reach the supply set point LED will activate.
b) Supply CFM is being monitored, if the levels drop due to dirty filter LED indicator lights.
c) If supply CFM drop to critical level the systems are turned off, preventing any damage to the system, "Service Now" is displayed on LCD.
d) If damper does not provide sufficient air flow display indicates that "Service Soon" is required.
e) If un-satisfactory levels of super heat pressures or temperatures are reached control can indicate that "Service Soon" or the system can be turned off and "Service Now" is displayed.
f) If over flow pan reaches the full level the system will turn off and "Service Now" is displayed.
Fire Safety - if a high temperature is sensed in the system, indicating that a fire maybe present the system is turned off preventing blower from circulating air.
